If you thought about it, you move more in the summer, probably, and less in the winter. You’re likely outside more in the summer, and less in the winter. You probably then, spend more time inside in the winter time, thus you are around food and boredom more in the winter than in the summer. This is probably why most people gain weight, but a lot of people don’t think about that. It’s something that you might think of more, If you monitored yourself more.
This is one prime example. But how much else are we letting happen with no oversight in our own lives? How do you start your mornings? Do you have control over what happens, or are you like most people who roll over and grab their phone immediately to respond to the world? Do you monitor your food intake? Or are you like the majority of people who assume they’re not eating “that much”, yet somehow magically gain a bunch of weight? Are people really all assholes and don't like you, or are you just not a like-able person who's enjoyable to be around?
To start monitoring your life, is to start asking important questions. When you start asking the right questions, you will start getting better answers to life. Start monitoring your life, you'd be better off if you did.
